On Tuesday, April 11, 2023, AMnote would like to inform all customers using AMnote software about the updated content as follows:

AMNOTE ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE

  • [F-C] Depreciation statement
    • Add column: Number of Months of Depreciation remaining by search Date
    • Add option: View category based on Object name of Cost
  • [F-A] Fixed asset registration
    • Add feature: export Fixed Asset details (Excel file)
    • Add field:  Fixed Depreciation monthly
  • Add new menu [E-K] Sign the report with a TOKEN
  • [C-A] Voucher
    • Print Debt Note
    • Print Credit Note
    • Add feature: Restore deleted voucher
    • Add feature: Unlink voucher
  • Menu [C-I] Ledger by customer: Add feature: Debt Confirmation Letter
  • Add Currency:  AUD – Australian Dollar
  • [C-C] Bank deposit book: Show Exchange rate column
  • Add menu Support in the left corner of the screen

EINVOICE

  • New version of E-invoice based on Decision 1510/QD-TCT
  • [L-B] Issue invoices: Add Detailed discount
  • Add module: E-invoices generated from cash register (POS)

E-PIT

  • Add feature: Digitally sign the Debt Confirmation Letter in Electronic Document
