Starting from August 2026, AMnote continues to upgrade its system with various new features and solutions, aiming to help Vietnamese businesses and Korean businesses operating in Vietnam manage accounting, finance, and business data more quickly, accurately, and efficiently.

More than just accounting software, AMnote is gradually developing into an integrated accounting management platform that connects accounting, banking, e-invoices, e-commerce, and reporting data according to business needs.

1. Support for 4 languages – Convenient for multinational businesses

AMnote continues to leverage its strength in supporting 4 languages: Vietnamese, English, Korean, and Chinese.

Multilingual support allows accounting staff in Vietnam to operate the system in Vietnamese, while headquarters or foreign managers can access data and use the system in their preferred language.

As a result, foreign-invested businesses can manage their accounting operations in Vietnam more conveniently and communicate data with their headquarters more effectively.

2. AI-powered automatic accounting – Reduce data entry time

One of the key features being further enhanced by AMnote is AI-powered automatic accounting.

Instead of spending significant time determining the appropriate debit and credit accounts for each accounting document, AI can use the company’s data and accounting history to recommend suitable accounting accounts.

In particular, the system can learn from the company’s actual accounting patterns and provide recommendations that better match the way each business operates.

This helps shorten document entry time, reduce manual work, and improve accounting accuracy during data processing. AMnote officially introduced its AI-powered automatic accounting feature in June 2026.

3. Automatic conversion of financial statements from VAS to K-GAAP

For Korean businesses operating in Vietnam, preparing financial statements under VAS while also providing data under K-GAAP to the parent company has always required considerable time and effort.

AMnote supports the conversion of financial statements from VAS to K-GAAP, helping businesses reduce the amount of manual data conversion and consolidation.

As a result, businesses can manage their financial statements in Vietnam more conveniently while preparing data for reporting to the parent company and for audit activities.

The VAS → K-GAAP conversion feature was also introduced by AMnote to support businesses with parent companies, investors, or partners in Korea.

4. Automatic collection of e-invoice data from the Tax Authority’s system

Another notable feature is the ability to connect with the tax authority’s e-invoice system to automatically collect invoice data.

Instead of manually entering or checking each invoice, the system supports the collection of both incoming and outgoing invoice information and directly links it to the accounting process.

This helps businesses reduce data entry time, minimize errors, and improve the efficiency of invoice data management.

In particular, when invoice data is connected with accounting operations, accountants can continue processing documents and accounting entries within the same system without having to switch between multiple software programs.

5. Integration with e-commerce platforms

As online business continues to grow, AMnote is also expanding its ability to connect with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.

Through API integration, sales data from these platforms can be automatically collected and linked with the accounting software.

Businesses can significantly reduce manual revenue data entry while also automating the processing of e-invoices and accounting related to online sales activities.

This is particularly useful for businesses with a large number of orders and frequent transactions across multiple platforms.

6. Direct integration with Shinhan Firm Banking

AMnote continues to strengthen its integration with Shinhan Firm Banking, helping businesses manage accounting and banking transactions within the same system.

Through direct integration between AMnote and Shinhan bank accounts, businesses can perform and manage banking transactions directly within the program without having to switch between different systems.

Bank transaction data can also be linked with accounting data, allowing accountants to check transactions more quickly, reduce manual data entry, and improve cash flow management efficiency.

AMnote has already implemented the Firm Banking solution integrated with Shinhan Bank and continues to expand its support for Korean businesses operating in Vietnam.

7. AMCloud – Access accounting data anytime, anywhere

With AMCloud, businesses can access AMnote via the Internet without being limited to a fixed device.

Accounting data is stored on servers with a multi-layer security system, while backup and data recovery are also supported when necessary.

This makes it more convenient for businesses to work remotely, manage data across multiple locations, or allow personnel in Vietnam and the overseas headquarters to access and review information together.

In particular, accounting data can be updated and reviewed in real time, enabling businesses to be more proactive in their management.

8. Continuous updates in line with the latest accounting and tax policies in Vietnam

Alongside feature development, AMnote continues to update its system in accordance with the latest changes in accounting and tax policies in Vietnam.

When new regulations are introduced, the system will be adjusted in terms of accounting accounts, forms, processing methods, and other relevant contents to help businesses transition to the new regulations more conveniently.

In particular, as Vietnam’s accounting system undergoes significant changes in 2026, timely software updates help businesses minimize risks arising from incorrect application of regulations and reduce pressure on accounting departments.

From August 2026, AMnote will continue to focus on automation – connectivity – multilingual support – regulatory updates, helping businesses reduce manual operations and manage accounting data more efficiently.
