We would like to inform customers the content and schedule to update the new version of AMnote 21.3.6 software.

CONTENT:

AM-Einvoice e-invoice software

  • Menu [Manage invoices]: Only one tax rate is allowed for invoice templates that have been registered for issued at a one tax rate
  • Additional functions: Reducing VAT when exporting invoices under Decree No. 92/2021/ND-CP guiding Resolution 406/NQ-UBTVQH15.
  • More functions: Electronically sign invoice processing minutes
  • Add function: Send request to accept issuance of electronic invoices AM-Einvoice
  • Menu [Invoice list]: Allowed to print multiple invoice conversions, according to information as first printed

AMnote accounting software:

  • Add function: Get more inventory information when making documents linked from e- invoices
  • Add function: Automatically attach pdf files to documents when e-invoices are issued
  • Menu [Document]: Add excel file pop-up button in [Collect customer’s money] and [Pay documents
  • Menu [Summary of original documents of inventory]: Add finished code columns, quota
  • Add function: Attach a file of documents when the close month data
  • Add function: Can use more USB Tokens to make orders/transfers in Shinhan Firmbaking
  • Menu [Production cost statement] adds functionality: View data month by month
  • Menu [Account brought forward after closing]: shows the percentage completed at locking the book
  • Add function: Insert lines, clone lines at making documents
