AM Accounting Firm and LawFirm SIWOO held a MOU signing ceremony at the seminar room of the KOCHAM Office in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City on August 2.

This MOU was prepared to utilize the professional expertise and networks that the two companies have built up in their respective business environments in Korea and Vietnam, and to establish a mutually beneficial cooperative relationship in Vietnam in the future.

At the signing ceremony that day, Lawfirm SIWOO’s CEO, Mr. Oh Hyeong-cheol(Attorney), and Ms. Lee Seon-hye(CPA), AM Accounting Firm’s CEO, Mr. Koo Jinyoung and Mr. Yang Jamin(CPA) attended, and Milestone Consulting (J&M Korea)’s CEO, Mr. Kim Young-joo was present as a guest to support the cooperation between the two companies.

The main contents of the MOU define the maintenance of an efficient and organic cooperative relationship between the two companies, mutual cooperation and support based on active information exchange, and the necessary matters and basic conditions for this. For reference, AM Accounting Firm has been providing various accounting and financial management services and advisory services to Vietnamese clients since its establishment in 2012, and is providing AMnote, the only Korean-language accounting program in Vietnam, to companies entering the Vietnamese market.
