CAN EXPORT VAT REDUCTION APPENDIX FORM RIGHT ON AMNOTE SOFTWARE

Appendix on VAT reduction according to Decree 72/2024/ND-CP effective from July 1, 2024 to the end of 2024.

AMnote accounting software has set up the VAT REDUCTION APPENDIX menu so that users can track tax-reduced invoices. At the same time, it supports exporting tax reduction appendix according to the prescribed form from the software to formats such as PDF, Excel, …

* To display this Appendix on AMnote accounting software, users go to menu [A] File, select [E] Update.

* Go to menu [E] VAT Management, select [K] List of purchase/sales invoices to get invoices from the General Department of Taxation to the software.

* To view or export the VAT Reduction Appendix:

Go to menu [E] VAT Management, select [L] VAT Reduction Appendix => select Invoice Status => click “Search” => Click “Print” to print or export to Excel, PDF.

In case the user wants to track the details of goods, taxes, invoice numbers and status of purchase and sale invoices 8% select “Print all”.

*Copy data from the excel file downloaded from the menu “VAT reduction appendix” to make appendix form 142 on HTKK (Declaration support)
